All Xpeed branded products carry a manufacturing warranty covering the structural integrity of the product and its materials.

Where a valid warranty claim is approved, the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

Warranty claims may not be accepted where:

• The claim relates to normal wear and tear

• The product shows signs of misuse or negligent use

• The product has been incorrectly assembled

• The warranty period has expired

• The product has been exposed to weather or environmental elements outside its intended use

• Proof of purchase cannot be provided

• The product has not been serviced or maintained where required

• The claim is made by someone other than the original purchaser
